Meal plan to lose weight
Meal plan to lose weight are everywhere, and come in all shapes and sizes. They share a common goal which is to radically change the way that you think about food. These meal plans typically assume that you’re addicted to food and don’t have a normal relationship with it.
Why A Meal Plan To Lose Weight Will Probably Fail
A meal plan to lose weight will try to restrict certain elements of your diet like carbohydrates. In this case carbohydrates are restricted and proteins are increased thus causing a metabolic shift in your diet.
I’ve been through most of the popular diets of today and many of them are simply a meal plan to lose weight. The problem has always been that I can’t continue with these diets in an effective manner over the long haul.
I had a lot of success with Weight Watchers and it was a fairly simple meal plan combined with easy exercise that helped me lose a decent amount of weight. The problem for me was, I hit a huge wall and I couldn’t seem to continue to lose weight on this diet.
I then went on to the Atkins diet and some of the modifications, like the South Beach Diet to see if those would break through that wall. They were extremely successful at helping me to lose weight, but I have many misgivings and problems with these diets as well. Once I began eating this way I was shocked to see the amount of cholesterol and saturated fat that were included into my diet. This led to the second problem which was the variety of foods were so limited that I became sick and tired of the types of food they were telling me to eat. Once again after a couple months I was completely unable to remain on this diet and live a natural life.
So I turned to the ultimate meal plan to lose weight which promised that I can eat pizza and all of my favorite foods regularly. This, of course, was the Every Other Day Diet. Talk about a meal plan to lose weight that seems really easy. I was ecstatic to be able to eat all of my favorite foods and in giant quantities every other day. Problem was didn’t lose any weight. I actually gained 4 pounds, not good. Definitely not a meal plan to lose weight.
Every time I sailed with a meal plan to lose weight I became despond and and depressed. I was not going to give up, but I was also not very sure of any kind of success. This made it harder and harder to stay on diets, as I would continue to believe that I would fail eventually.
I finally found a meal plan to lose weight that seems to be working. It has all of the elements of the good diets that I talked about above, but the psychological advantages that this diet has really helps.
In the coming months I will be documenting the success that I’ve been having with this meal plan to lose weight and seems to be working better than all the others combined. Please check back here regularly to find out how this all pans out and if this meal plan to lose weight works as well as it seems to be.
